Growth and a positive mindsets go hand and hand and are key to better health. With a growth mindset, you try harder, you WANT to learn new strategies, you’re resilient, you learn from feedback and seek out help when you’re stuck.


Optimism is foundational to a positive mindset and focuses on the good things in life rather than the bad. People with a positive mindset may use strategies like gratitude, reframing negative events or circumstances, and savoring what went well which in turn, increases your positive emotions. Reframe failures and negative self-talk with more supportive words. Call to mind what you’re grateful for. Praying, meditating or journaling can help.


You have the power to choose your thoughts and your mindset. Choose a POSITIVE and GROWTH MINDSET for better health.
