About The HOPE for Health
Empowering women through faith and wellness
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord,“plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” – Jeremiah 29:11
Our Mission
“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”
– 3 John 1:2
Our mission is to educate, encourage, and empower women in embracing HOPE — Health On Purpose Everyday. We believe that when a woman is rooted in faith and supported in health, she becomes a vessel of strength, love, and purpose for her family, her community, and the Kingdom of God.
Our Vision
“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.”
– Isaiah 40:31
Our vision is a world where every woman, regardless of her background or circumstances, can access free, Christ-centered support that empowers her to live in peace, strength, and purpose — fully aligned with God’s design for her life.

Meet Our Founder
Teri Hall
Founder & Lead Health Coach, The HOPE for Health
Teri Hall’s passion for health was born not from ease but from adversity. She has walked through the challenges of autoimmune disease, depression, and the heartbreaking loss of her mother due to a preventable post-surgical complication. With more than 20 years of experience in public health and faith-based wellness, Teri is a Mayo Clinic–trained, board-certified health and wellness coach, a Certified Health Education Specialist, an ACSM-Certified Personal Trainer, and teaches health and nutrition at the university level.
