
Path 1: Living with HOPE Guided Journey
Based on your needs, we'll identify the right NBHWC-certified coach for you. You'll join a small cohort of like-minded women that meets every other week. You'll also get access to our Hope Transformation Guide that includes recorded messages from certified professionals, reflection prompts, and more to make changes in your life! Each week, you'll spend an hour outside of coaching putting inthe self-work to reach the goals we know you can. Every other week you'll meet with a caring coach who is invested in your success.
Path 2: Living with HOPE Flexible Journey
If you prefer a self-paced journey, path two offers all of the above minus bi-weekly coaching. Instead of working through the Living with HOPE program as a cohort, you'll have maximum flexibility to enjoy the recordings, readings, and reflection opportunities in your own time. This format allows you to move at your own pace while still receiving structure, encouragement, and practical tools for transformation.

Living with HOPE is a Christ-centered wellness journey that offers two supportive pathways designed to meet you where you are. In the Living with HOPE: Guided Journey, you'll journey alongside a caring, National Board Certified Health and Wellness coach and a small group of like-minded women who meet every other week for supportive, faith-centered coaching. Together, you'll focus on building realistic, sustainable habits that honor your body and support the life God is calling you to live.
You'll also have access to the Living with HOPE program, an encouraging, 12-week online program with videos, guided reflection prompts, and practical tools that help you grow— one grace-filled step at a time. Each week, you'll spend about an hour engaging in meaningful self-work, creating space to reflect, refocus, and move forward with intention. 💛

Gennifer Young
Gennifer is a devoted Functional Medicine Health Coach whose passion is to help women experience deep, whole-person healing through Christ. As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Occupational Therapist, and Functional Nutrition & Lifestyle Practitioner, Gennifer supports women facing anxiety, depression, and autoimmune challenges. Gennifer brings both clinical wisdom and spiritual sensitivity to every coaching relationship. She encourages women to pursue "Health On Purpose Everyday" through the hope, freedom, and transforming grace of Jesus.

April Carroll
April is a compassionate Health & Wellness Coach whose mission is to guide women toward healing, wholeness, and sustainable wellness through a gentle, intuitive, and faith-aligned approach. April blends evidence based coaching practices with her extensive background in integrative wellness. April is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. Her diverse training allows her to meet each woman where she is — honoring her story, her body, and her unique wellness needs. April approaches every interaction with empathy, active listening, and an encouraging spirit. Her heart for service and holistic lens make her a joyful and cherished member of the HOPE community.

Kristina Holte
Kristina is a purpose-driven Health & Wellness Coach who is passionate about helping women strengthen their spirit, mind, and body in alignment with God's design. As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, personal trainer, and holistic nutrition specialist, Kristina blends integrative health principles with a faith-filled, compassionate approach that honors the whole person. Kristina has supported women in functional fitness and mindset coaching rooted in encouragement, purpose, and sustainable change. Through her empathy and ability to empower clients, Kristina fosters strength, confidence and joy in the HOPE community she serves.
