A coaching cohort is a small group of women who will journey through the Living with HOPE program together. Cohorts are designed to keep the group size just right for meaningful conversation, encouragement, and accountability.
Health coaching is a supportive, Christ-centered approach to making lasting lifestyle changes. As health & wellness coaches we:
Help people create behavior change, break old patterns, and follow through on the healthy choices they want to make.
Provide a supportive environment so people can work through challenges, build motivation, and keep momentum going.
Can now rely on research that shows coaching helps people manage chronic conditions, improve lifestyle habits, and build long-term resilience.
In short, coaching isn’t about telling you what to do — it’s about walking alongside you as you grow in strength, health, and faith.
We encourage you to attend as many as you can to get the most out of the program. But we know life happens! If you miss a session, you can rejoin at the next call. You’ll still benefit from being connected to your cohort.
Calls will be bi-weekly (every other week) on Tuesdays at 7:00 pm CDT. The next cohort is set to launch on Tuesday, 9/9/2025. We will add additional dates and times as the demand requires. You’ll sign up for a day/time that works best for you, and your cohort will meet on that schedule.
Each call follows a guided template with:
A scripture reflection
Health and wellness education
Practical tools you can apply to daily life
Open discussion for encouragement and accountability
No — all group coaching sessions are completely free. Thanks to God’s grace and the mission of The HOPE for Health, there are no barriers to access. Everyone deserves HOPE, and everyone deserves health.
Yes! All group coaching sessions are strictly confidential. What’s shared in the group stays in the group, creating a safe and supportive space. (The only exception is if someone shares that they plan to harm themselves or others — in that case, the coach is required to seek help to keep everyone safe.)
When registration opens, you’ll be able to choose the days and times that work best for you. You’ll then receive an email with your cohort details and Zoom link.
