
Path 1: Living with HOPE Guided Journey

Based on your needs, we'll identify the right NBHWC-certified coach for you. You'll join a small cohort of like-minded women that meets every other week. You'll also get access to our Hope Transformation Guide that includes recorded messages from certified professionals, reflection prompts, and more to make changes in your life! Each week, you'll spend an hour outside of coaching putting inthe self-work to reach the goals we know you can. Every other week you'll meet with a caring coach who is invested in your success.​
Path 2: Living with HOPE Flexible Journey

​If you prefer a self-paced journey, path two offers all of the above minus bi-weekly coaching. Instead of working through the Living with HOPE program as a cohort, you'll have maximum flexibility to enjoy the recordings, readings, and reflection opportunities in your own time. This format allows you to move at your own pace while still receiving structure, encouragement, and practical tools for transformation.
